Critical Error in WordPress

    Hi,

    I have updated this plugin to the latest version today. After the update my site got problems. I couldn’t access my WordPress dashboard and couldn’t visit the site also.

    It’s saying like your site has got a critical error and please check your admin email.

    As of now, I deactivated the plugin. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I want to reactivate this plugin.

    We checked various ways and found no issue like that. Can you please provide your server configuration and more details so that we can understand the issue properly. Regards

    Update :
    We checked different way but can’t reproduce the issue in our side.
    Can you please spend some time to debug the issue. A full report will be helpful.
    1) The error report / Log.
    2) Inactive some plugin and check if the issue remains.

    Yeah sure,

    Here is the error log file

    I also deactivated all other plugins and reactivated this plugin only. But still that error is showing.

    I also just updated to the latest version of the plugin today and got the same error that @indiastartup360 also got. The website went down and I couldn’t access the WP dashboard. So I too deactivated the plugin via FTP and everything came back. Please let me know if there is a fix for this as I am using the Exhibz theme which requires this plugin.

    I checked the error log file and this was the error that kept showing up.

    Hi @indiastartup360 Thanks for error log file.
    Here is the report :

    This is not error, this warning from Evenex theme you are using. So, the issue comes from Evenex theme. Can you please contact with Evenex theme author, they will happily fix your issues. Please, Let me know the update.

    Hi @studiocmm Thanks for your comment. Sometime it happens for server environment. Some server don’t support coma at the end. So, we are fixing it and will update the plugin today within short time.
    I will reply back here when the update is ready. Regards.

    @studiocmm We updated Eventin Plugin Version 3.2.2.
    Hope it will fix the issue. Can you please update now and let me know. Regards.

    I have contacted the theme author.

    Also I have updated the eventin plugin. It’s working well. No more error.

    Thank you @themewinter I appreciate the quick fix! I updated the plugin to 3.2.2. and all is working well
