• I began building this website using a tutorial. I installed WordPress from the hosting site and chose a theme then had to stop. When I went to open and work on it today, I cannot get access via WordPress. I get the message “There is no account with that username or email address.” yet below that the website is clearly established. It’s not built out or anything but the theme has been chosen.

How do I access this from WordPress?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That just means the username or email address you entered is incorrect.

Just for the record, and just as you said, you installed the WordPress software on your own hosting account. So your login to your own website is not in any way connected to the www.remarpro.com website.

To login to your own website, go to https://scwfu.com/wp-login.php

… and enter the username and password you chose when you created the website. Again, this is totally separate from what you used to login here at www.remarpro.com.

I’m totally baffled. I tried what you suggested but it tells me there is no user with that email. Yet, there is a website. I don’t have another email that would have been used so how do I go about figuring this out?

OK — I contacted the hosting company and they were able to get me the correct “email” which isn’t a real email. Soooo bizarre.

    Many thanks!
