Can existing comments be scanned?

Hello,

I have a few hundred comments on the web that aren’t approved. But the point is that most of them are demonstrably spam because they are in a different language.

WP allows you to filter comments, but not in another language. So I tried this plugin which looks promising.

However, I haven’t found how to find spam already in existing comments.

How do I do that please? Or does this plugin only work with new comments?
