Individual product image too big

  • Hi everyone!

    So when I open an individual product, their images are way too big. I tried to resize the image before downloading it as well as to resize it after downloading it. I also tried to go to Customize > woocommerce > product images and changed the main image width there but nothing seems to work.

    Is there a way how I can make my images smaller?

  • Hi @wilddaisy,

    Could you please try deactivating all of the plugins installed on your site and leave only WooCommerce? If it fixes this issue, then there’s a plugin installed on your site that causes this. Reactivate the plugins back one after another and keep looking at the product image. Once you reactivate a plugin and the issue returns, that plugin is the culprit.
