Preview Not Showing

    Hi,

    It’s been a while since the preview in customizer is not working. I’m using Astra Theme and I already check all the plugins with Health Check & Troubleshooting.

    Do you have any idea?

    Yours is a great plugin, the best, but this issue with the preview is a constant also with other paid themes.

    Thank you for you feedback.

    I’m using WordPress latest version (6.0.1). There’s no difference between all browsers.

    I’m sorry about this! I tested this on my end with the plugins and your theme but I can see that everything works properly. Can you please go to your WP dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Colorlib Login Customizer > click on F12 or right-click -> Inspect > send us a screenshot? You can send a screenshot using a service like Imgur, Pastebin, or Dropbox.
    A video would be also very helpful.

    Hello @graficavillcom,

    Thanks for the images. We noticed in the second one that you have some errors. Can you please go again to your WP dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Colorlib Login Customizer > click on F12 or right-click -> Inspect > click on “Console” > take a screenshot and send it to us? We need to take a closer look at the errors.
    Can you also let us know if you changed anything in your log in on WP, more exactly this one: https://mysite.com/wp-login.php?

    It seems there’s an error with an HTTPS request and Login Customizer is loading with wrong protocol HTTP. Our website has a secure protocol HTTPS.

    I’m extremely sorry for the late reply!

    Please go to your WP dashboard > Settings > General > check to see if you have the links written with https in the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) sections.
    Please also check if your link have https when you are logged in in your dashboard.
