How do I change “From” email address “[email protected]”

I just bought a theme that uses your plugin. When a new user signs up using the front-end, they get an email from the site. However, the sent from email address is [email protected]. Before I start bugging the theme author, is this being generated from your plugin? If so, where do I change the sent “from” email address?I already checked Settings>General; it’s not coming from there.
