    Good morning everyone,

I have purchased and installed the pro version of the Plugin, I have successfully created my survey but when I tried it I realized that when answering the last question I get this error message: “The connection has been lost. Please check your internet connection and try again.”

Then I have tried the Demo survey that comes by default with the Plugin and exactly the same thing happens.

Please could you help me here?

    Thank you very much

    Juan Manuel

    Hi Jasmine,

    Thank you for your response.

I have solved the problem, It was a browser version problem.

But now I have a new problem: When inserting the Survey shortcode inside a popup triggered by a button in Elementor, the survey is totally inoperative.
I know that there is the option to use your Popup option directly but this does not give me all the customization possibilities that Elementor gives me.

I hope you can help me, since I have already lost 4 hours with problems related to your plugin.

    Thank you very much

    Dear @mitild82,

    Thank you for your reply.

From the very beginning, when the page loading process starts, our scripts (events) are not being connected to the HTML and this kind of problem occurs for you.
Please note, that this comes from the Elementor plugin.

For this case, in order to achieve your desired result, you can make use of our Popup Box plugin.
Here is the link you can refer to for further information: https://ays-pro.com/wordpress/popup-box

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.
