    Hello,

    I have already asked but my thread was deleted for some reason. I’ll ask again as my problem hasn’t been resolved yet.

    I’m using the plugin, have a fedex account and have made it through the API connection status OK. However nothing appears on the cart, except the shipment method I’ve added through flexible shipping plugin.
    The debug tool doesn’t show any error either at the moment.

    I’m a bit lost as to what I should be doing to fix this, I have read through the documentation and haven’t found anything to help me.

    The shop is situated in Japan, if that changes anything.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Well, I have found my answer, I needed to change my currency to japanese yen in order to make it work.
    I have made it so my currency is Euro in my fedex account though, I don’t really understand what’s going on..

    I have another question now though, if I subscribe to Fedex live rates pro, do I have to use WPML in order to make the multi currency support work ?
    I am using Currency switcher with woocommerce and I am happy with it so I’d like to stick with it.

    Hi @momozaru,

    1. For the free version of our FedEx plugin, the main currency of the store must be the same as the currency in your FedEx account. If you’ve changed the currency in the FedEx account, it’s also worth making sure with FedEx that the API access data you have is up-to-date.
