Page Not Found Error for Set New Password email link

    Greetings

    I’ve just setup a my first Woocommerce store for a client using Woo Modules in Divi Builder.

    Most things are going beautifully however I have experienced a couple of issue relating to the MyAccount section.

    Firstly, I have adding some options in Woocommerce Accounts Tab to offer Registration in the My Accounts page. It correctly sends an email however the link to set a new password opens a No Results Found page. Oddly, when I click on the website link above the Set Password link, I can then click on My Account and it loads up a page where I can set a password.

    Secondly, when I Log Out of the account I also get a No Results Found page.

    I would have thought there were shortcodes for each of these scenarios but I can’t seem to find them.

    Furthermore, I have gone through the process of Top three most common issues in your Knowledge base i.e. updated WordPress, Theme and Plugins, deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and even swapped to the twenty22 theme. No change.

    I’ve also searched for a solution online but they all relate to the Membership 2.0 plugin and the Divi guys can’t help.

    Lastly, I have SiteGround Optimizer running to ensure the cache is Automatically purged and I have also done manual purges to check if that changes anything.

    Thanks for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you already tried.

    As a first step please check if your account endpoints are set correctly: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/#section-2 . You may want to customize those if need be.

    In order to troubleshoot further, so that we can get a better idea of your setup, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi Margaret.

    I just noticed that there was no page attributed to the My Account Page under page setup in the Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced Tab.

    I have not attributed that and updated the database as Woocommerce asked for.

    Let me see if that makes any difference.

    Hi @logozuu

    Thanks for providing your status report.

    Having reviewed the status, I can see your database is still on v6.6.1 while core is running on v6.7.0. As a first step there, please update the database to match/sync, to see if that makes a difference. You can run the database update directly from “WooCommerce > Status > Tools” page.

    If you have done that with no success, the next step would be to flush your permalinks. You can do so by going to your dashboard, and under “Settings > Permalinks” just resave your current structure. Doing so will rebuild your .htaccess file and hopefully, clear any redirect issues.
