Optinmonster Amazing Customer Service

  • I did a lot of research and I needed a wordpress popup plugin that is easy to use.
    The price definitely scarred me initially, but I really needed a plugin that is able to accommodate all my needs, geo targeting, mobile friendly and many more.

    As someone that never had Popups on my site, the explanation on how to get started was pretty straight but me being me, I got stuck. I reached out to customer support and got a response, very quickly.
    I love the fact that I get a personalised video explanation on how to fix the issue.

    The company really goes above and beyond to ensure that you use all their services, I already forgot how expensive the Growth package was haha.
    Joke a side, I just enable yesterday I already see result, saying that i never had any popups plugin on my site.
