    Hello, I have read the other threads with similar issues, however, I do not have any error logs. The only trend I can see is that this issue occurs on orders where a customer’s card is declined and then accepted.

    I need to figure out a way to generate a log of this plugin’s output. This same issue occurred with another invoice generator plugin too.

    Thanks for sharing that screenshot. It seems that your attachment setting is fine.

    Please follow these steps to find out if the issue occurs before the message is sent:

    1. Install and activate the WP Mail Logging by MailPoet plugin
    2. Open an existent order, find the Send order email panel, on the right side, select Complete order and click on Save order and send email:

    3. Then go to Tools > WP Mail Log, find your last email, and check if there are files in the Attachments column, and/or any notice on the Errorcolumn:

    Hi,

    I can’t replicate the issue by doing this as it only occurs directly after an order initially fails due to a card being declined.

    Here is the flow of events which results in no order email being sent:

    I will monitor the emails and send you the results of the plugin as requested when it occurs again.

    Hi,

    Just following up with more information. An order was received, but no new order email is sent at all after a failed payment. The shop manager has to manually send out the email which goes off fine with the invoice attachment (no errors in the WP Mail log).

    I wonder what could be causing no New Order email to be sent after a failed payment.
