Adding Tumblr and Facebook buttons

Hi, I was wondering what plug-ins would allow me to have buttons like the RSS and Twitter ones I have on my site https://swagsyndicate.com/. Not really familiar with the plug-ins so any help would be appreciated it. Thanks
