    Hi,

    I have a problem with one site: email notifications seem to go out as I can see in Reports Section but in fact 2 or 3 emails are only delivered.
    I don’t see why : I have added the From email with an email with the domain name to be sure the sender is not black listed.
    Also I run with a PHP (5.6.40) version.

    Could it be the reason why it’s bad delivered ?

    That’s strange! So to understand what is causing the issue on your end.

    Please check and confirm the points below and let me know your thoughts on them

    1) Please check if you are receiving the test email or not.

    2) What happened when you published the last post? Do you see any report with the status ‘In Queue’ on the Report screen? If yes, you can click on the Send link and see if the emails are being sent out or not.

    If the status is completed, please check if you have received the email in your inbox, or spam folder.

    Please verify the mentioned points and let us know your input.

    If the test email is been sent successfully but not delivered, in this case, we might need to first check the FROM email address being used.

    Could you please go through the Incorrect FROM headers section of this documentation and see if this helps.

    Also, please check & confirm the Spam folder(Inbox > Spam).

    Hi,
    Yes , the email FROM is in the style of [email protected] where domainname is the exact domain name of the website.

    I’ve disabled and uninstalled the 2 plugins: WP SMTP plugin + WP Forms LITE .
    I’ve installed Contact Form 7 instead of WP Forms Lite.

    I’ve also installed the TEST EMAIL plugin.
    Then I’ve tested this plugin WP TEST EMAIL v1.1.5 , to check if I was able to receive emails and Yes, I’ve received emails in a yahoo.fr box + one with a domainename.

    Then I went to EMAILS Subscribers > Settings and test the sending of emails.
    I’ve tested with the 2 same email addresses and still I received nothing.

    So I’m bit lost.

    Have you got fresh news for me !!?
