Manual Payment option ?

    I would like to setup payment in a Contact Form such that it has the following 2 features:

    1. It gives the customer a “Manual Checkout” option <br>
      This would allow us to get the form filled in (and emailed to us) and allow the customer to give us a check or cash in person at a later time. It would also give the customer the option of paying us using Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo – an electronic payment method that does NOT kill us with payment fees…
    2. IF the customer chooses to pay using PayPal, the fees that PayPal charges are paid by the customer.

    I’m pretty sure this plugin does not allow either of these options… at least not yet. But if the developers are in this forum, COULD it be added?

    or if not, is there another “contact form type” plugin that has payment options like I describe above?

    Hi, Thank you for the suggestion. The manual checkout option is something we have on our wish list to implement at some stage. However, the option to add the PayPal fees is something that used to be against PayPal’s terms and conditions. So as an official PayPal partner, we may not be legally allowed to do this in our plugin. I will need to get clarification from PayPal regarding that (Just to be on the safe side).

    Maybe you can ask the contact form 7 plugin support team to see if they have any module for it.

    Not to be pushy, but are the plans to add a manual checkout option something on the near-term horizon, or “way down the line”?
