These forums are public. You should never ever publish passwords or similar things here. Although I removed your API secret, please consider it compromised and make sure to replace it immediately.

Thank you @tobifjellner for removing the credentials so promptly. The credentials he posted were public test credentials though so there’s no risk of their security being compromised.

@rottpung A common problem when copying the credentials is that there’s a whitespace character where the line breaks in the test document. So try to paste it into a text editor and make sure there are no white spaces before entering it in the settings page.

Hi, I have done as described and copied the secret into an editor, so there is no whitespace in secret, but the same error mewsssage occur.

Another weird thing – I can’t save Svea checkout config in admin without merchant ID and secret for Sweden being auto saved with the wordpress username and pw. Don’t know if it has anything to do with the other issue with wrong secret.

Ok, then at least we’ve ruled that out.
