    I am sorry to read about your issue. Clearly there is something wrong. When HTTP Error 500 happens, usually the web server generates some error logs.

    Can you please share some of those logs please? Otherwise can you please:

    1) Enable WordPress debug
    2) Reproduce the problem
    3) Disable WordPress debug

    Send us the debug log file. If any of the logs contain sensitive technical data that can jeopardies the security of your website, please do not share them here. Instead send them over email at [email protected] and make reference to this ticket in the email.
