    Hello,

My wordpress stats have disappeared for seven days. I stupidly added a code to my header.php which validates my website under Google Webmaster tools because I thought that Google had removed my site from the search engines. I have now removed this code from the header.php and still my website: girlwithadirtymind.com does not state any stats. Aargh! Can anybody help!

I also html validated my website and it stated that it has 41 errors. Where have these popped up from? I had previous problems with many themes which kept bringing on the white screen but my current theme, Whiteplus seems to be okay.

I apologise to anyone in advance, I was merely sticking up for someone who had not received a response to their question on the forum. Please don’t say that I have to remove my entire site and add it again? There must be an easier way to combat this problem. Thank you.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    – increasing the available memory?

I’ve just checked expecting blank lines again, but it was working okay today. Technology is weird sometimes, but I have your information in case anything happens in the future. Thanks so much for your help.
