May we ask you to export all your popups and then delete the Popup Builder plugin having enabled the “Delete popup data” option.
Afterwards, please delete all popup builder related files/folders from your data base.
Once you have done it, please install the Popup Builder plugin and check if the instructions were helpful.
Make sure to delete this path from DB as well —> ‘sgpb-metabox-banner-remote-get

I enabled the delete popup data option, deactivated, and deleted the plugin. I reinstalled the plugin but the live chat is still loading.

Another solution that suggested the tech team.
We would advise you to navigate to the popup-builder/com/classes folder, find Actions.php file and comment the 60th row.

Yes, I deleted plugin. It did not work.

I reinstalled the plugin and edit the file. It also did not work.

2. Please delete from the wp_options DB table this filed sgpb-metabox-banner-remote-get
