Live chat is showing on frontend
-
A live chat for the plugin is showing up on the frontend of the website. It says “Chat with Popup Builder Team”.
I found a database entry, ‘sgpb-metabox-banner-remote-get’, that had the scripts that load the chat but deleting it didn’t remove the chat.
I have it hidden through CSS for now, but I want to get rid of it completely. How do I do this and why is this happening at all?

Dear @vwsung18t,
May we ask you to delete the Popup Builder core plugin and install it once again.
But before deleting the core plugin, please make sure to disable the “Delete popup data” from the popup builder settings just not to lose already created popups. See the screenshot here https://prnt.sc/bJDJGlfewb1mRegards,
Popup Builder TeamI did this and it is still showing the live chat

Dear @vwsung18t,
May we ask you to export all your popups and then delete the Popup Builder plugin having enabled the “Delete popup data” option.
Afterwards, please delete all popup builder related files/folders from your data base.
Once you have done it, please install the Popup Builder plugin and check if the instructions were helpful.
Make sure to delete this path from DB as well —> ‘sgpb-metabox-banner-remote-getRegards,
Popup Builder TeamI enabled the delete popup data option, deactivated, and deleted the plugin. I reinstalled the plugin but the live chat is still loading.
Dear @vwsung18t,
Could you please confirm if you deleted all popup builder related files/folders from your data base after deleting the core plugin?
Regards,
Popup Builder TeamDear @vwsung18t,
Another solution that suggested the tech team.
We would advise you to navigate to the popup-builder/com/classes folder, find Actions.php file and comment the 60th row.
See below :
//add_action('sgpbGetBannerContentOnce', array($this, 'getBannerContent'), 10, 1);
Regards,
Popup Builder TeamYes, I deleted plugin. It did not work.
I reinstalled the plugin and edit the file. It also did not work.
Dear @vwsung18t,
We double checked with the tech team and this is what I have to share.
1. Please try to clear your Data Base cache
2. Please delete from the wp_options DB table this filed sgpb-metabox-banner-remote-get
Regards,
Popup Builder TeamNeither fixed the issue. I’m just going to continue to hide the live chat with CSS.
Dear @vwsung18t,
We are sorry to hear that our last instructions did not help.
