Entrance Animations with apple IOS

    Should i look to disable all Entrance Animations for mobile/tablet? Seems to be causing an issue with ios 13.3 and lower (not showing anything while Entrance Animations (fade-in) is active)?

    Unsure on how many people are still using those older ios versions.

    Is their a way to turn them off for ios only or should i ignore this since most apple users should be using the latest ios anyway (13.7 and above)?

  • Hi,

    The only option to disable the entrance animation to mobile and tablet is to create a duplication to all the sections with the animations and hide them for mobile/tablet using the responsive tab in Advanced, and leave the ones without the animation visible for mobile/tablet but hide for desktop.

    Does entrance animation have issues with ios 13.5 and lower? Do you recommend its use?

    Is it worth being concerned about?

    Do you have any fixes for the issue?

    Hi,

    We don’t have anything concrete about issues with that version and entrance animation, so at the moment there are no fixes.

    It might be that the old system is too weak or slow to show animations properly.
