Sent – No email confirmation or license key after Upgrade

Hello, I purchased a product AF Theme “DarkNews Pro” which is an upgrade from the regular version of the WordPress theme.

The Purchase was made 24 hours (9:16 am…July 11) as of this email. My card was charged 53.10 and I never received the product license code or any confirmation in my email I checked the spam folder too.

I have sent at least 6 emails trying to contact someone, but there has been no response since yesterday. I tried the chat and even looked online.
