Dynamic Gallery Default Settings Not Working

The Dynamic gallery default settings are not working
We followed the Step 2 from https://enviragallery.com/docs/dynamic-addon/ and when we create a dynamic gallery, that gallery does not have the default values that we set in Step 2. from https://enviragallery.com/docs/dynamic-addon/
Quote: Now, you’ll need to establish your dynamic settings. Simply navigate through each tab of the gallery and create your base dynamic settings. Envira Gallery will apply these settings to all dynamic galleries you create.
We send a support ticket regarding this problem like a month ago using the “Submit a support ticket” from https://enviragallery.com/contact/ and we didnt receive an answer yet. We even send you the Admin login page from our website – The Summit support ticket is not working (and yes we checked the Spam folder – nothing there) – and 1 month later still waiting for a reply from Envira ….
Like the user stefring in the comment below that said:
“I have send two tickets to the helpdesk last week but haven’t received an answer yet. So I thought maybe someone can help me overhere.”
Like in the price section on Pro version : Priority Support (Checked)
So no support from the tickets helpdesk, we are paying for no support.From Your Page:
