Add a post/permalink that has been previously deleted

I’ve discovered that I’ve inadvertently deleted a post with this permalink:

https://shinyadornments.com/simplyshiny/2009/05/where-to-sell-handmade-online-list-updated/

When I try to recreate it, the permalink automatically adds a -2 to the end so the new permalink is

https://shinyadornments.com/simplyshiny/2009/05/where-to-sell-handmade-online-list-updated-2

The original file doesn’t exist in the Trash (it’s empty), so I can’t delete it to fix the -2 issue.

Any suggestions?
