• Hi, one of the users of my website has problems with subscribing to comments.
    I’m using the double opt-in option and therefore he first receives a confirmation email. This is still looking okay, but when he clicks on the confirmation link, the management page says: “Woohaa, the link is expired…” (although the link is only 10 minutes old).

    When he followes the suggestion to request a new link, the sctr management page provides a new link, however clicking this results in a “Forbidden” message.

    Maybe the “forbidden” message is caused by a misconfiguration. I will check this by myself. The main problem is the first one: Why does the confirmation link expire?
    Do you have any ideas/suggestions?

    Any other users reporting the issue?

    Are you able to replicate it yourself?

    And can you send over the site URL so I can test it as well?

    Up to now there was only one other user reporting problems, but this was rather unprecise. When testing by myself I cannot see any problems.
