Unable to add/modify image on Registration Form

    In the Registration Form editor, I have been unable to replace or add an image. If I try to add an image object, or modify one in a template, the image block is replaced with text reading “This block has encountered an error and can not be previewed.” The only thing that can be done with the image object at this point is to delete it.

    Anybody have any idea why this would be happening?
