I can’t find this screen (entries screen) in the plugin.
There is only one screen. The Templates screen and there are 4 selections:
a)+Create Template and on templates list b)edit, c)delete, d)preview

My bad sorry, forgot to add, the entries screen is only available in the full version. Please have in mind though that the entries screen will only show entries that were created after this plugin was activated.
