Set shipping rate based on product quantity range

Hi! I am setting up flat rate shipping rates in our woocommerce store and would love some advice. I can fit 1-4 of one product in a small flat rate box but would need to use a medium box for 5-10 of the same product. Is there an elegant way to charge $10 for shipping 1-4 and then an additional $7 fee if someone orders 5-10?
Maybe this is best solved with a plugin? If so, what are your favorites?!
