SUGGESTION: Make hover effect optional

This is a very handy plug-in. Thank you.

We have a need to customise the position of the floating cart, and also to make it dynamic (using javascript, it adjusts depending on screensize, and a few other factors).

You have a hove effect on the floating icon (.woofc-count.woofc-count-top-right:hover). I presume this is to make it rise a little when hovered over. We don’t want that particular effect, especially when we are dynamically changing its position as described above.

It would be more convenient if this effect was optional, and could be disabled in the settings.
