Let’s try another thing.

Please access FIFU Settings > Metadata and run “Save Image Dimensions”. It will be automatically disabled when the process is finished. After that, let me know if the image is displayed instead of the error message.

PS.: if you have a cache plugin, you should clean the cache as well.

Images still show the error message.

Please let me know if the image is displayed when you install a different theme (for instance, “Storefront”).

Yvette, after inspecting your product, I found out that this invalid image address is being loaded when you click on the product gallery.

The correct address would be

https://www.farmasiet.no/images/frisk-multivitamin—120-tabletter,79345_1171753_4.jpg

The 2nd address is the external image you provided to FIFU, right? But I have no idea what’s bringing the 1st address. It seems to be the metadata of a local image you had before.

Please try to create a NEW product manually, with this URL https://www.farmasiet.no/images/frisk-multivitamin—120-tabletter,79345_1171753_4.jpg into Image URL field. I believe it should work. Let me know, please.

The images displayed twice on dashboard are totally fine. It means WordPress and WooCommerce understand the FIFU Image URL is the featured image.

But unfortunately there’s a conflict between FIFU and Rehub theme. Do you know if Rehub has a free version that I could use to reproduce the issue? If it doesn’t, I ask you to access our site and contact us by email because, by the www.remarpro.com forum guidelines, you and me aren’t allowed to talk about paid components here.
