disable or delete plugin

  • can`t get access to my wp page.
    (I get a page showing a computer screen with shifty eyes and the text “YOU HAVE BEEN LOCKED OUT error”)
    can i disable the plugin or delete the plugin per FTP or change anything in a config file?
    appreciate any help.
