Plugin doesn’t work at all

We use the plugin for only 2 weeks, but during this time it did not work for 5 days. It is important to note that from the first day of use we paid $25 for it. At the same time, it did not work 2 days about a week ago, and most importantly, it has not been functioning for 3 days right now, which is a critical problem for us, because right now we are having an exhibition of paintings in Europe. This has already resulted in huge financial losses. In addition to the plugin itself, the personal account on the site does not work either, there is nowhere to write a claim. The experience from using the plugin is terrible, we don’t know if it will restore its work at all, but we will demand a refund for the fact that it does not work at all.
