Links not being created

Just discovered this plugin and excitedly already bought pro, but none of the links are showing up. Currently near the bottom of the page, I manually link to each wedding vendor. I have removed my own manual links from David’s Bridal and Peoples Jewellers and have them listed in manual affiliate links but no links ever show up. This is the case with all of my posts.
Looking forward to getting this working! ??
