Conditions displayed in “Customers” on the management screen

At “WooCommerce> Customers” any conditions are not displayed, rather a table is displayed which has the details of the users.

I’m not sure if I am understanding your question properly. Can you kindly elaborate a bit? If you could share a screenshot that shows the problem/requirement, that would be helpful. The points you mentioned are not shown in the users’ list as of now. Are you suggesting that these should be included?

I would like to know the difference between the users displayed in “Users” of WordPress and “Customers” of WooCommerce.

Users URL: wp-admin/users.php
Customers URL: wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fcustomers

My perception is:
Only users who have a billing address will appear in WooCommerce’s Customers

If you think it is wrong, I would appreciate it if you could point it out.

Customers are those that have an account on your store that they can log in to. That means that either during checkout or from the My Account page, they opted to create an account and now have their details saved on your store for future purchases. If they do not add their billing details, they will still be assigned the role of “customer”.

On the other hand, the WP Admin > Users page lists all users of different roles.
