    Hey all!

    So, this is weird:

    Everything works fine in Postman SMTP, but the emails only get sent if I log in as admin to the dashboard, and only AFTER they should have been sent.

    USE CASE
    A User has created a subscription that recurs every 24 hours. User did so three days ago at 1800 CET. I have configured WooCommerce to send a reminder mail prior to renewal, as well as to send an order confirmation of “Pending” and then the invoice, once the Credt Card Gateway have processed the recurring Credit Card payment.

    PROBLEM
    The mails should be sent to User throughout the business day, however they don’t get sent unless I log in as admin to the dashboard, and even then, only AFTER I can see that the Payment Gateway ALREADY has processed and captured the payment.

    SOLUTION?
    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    @markcolclough Hi,

    Hope you are doing good.

    Please do one thing, open wp-admin and don’t log in, click on the Lost your Pass option and add your email and reset the pass, if you receive the email then it means the plugin is working and the issue is because of some plugins conflict then share diagnostic test report with us.

    Thanks
