Purchase Event not working

Hi there, I am having some issues with the plugin I have enabled it and followed your documentation on enabling enhanced conversions for GA4. I have installed the container and completed a test checkout however I am not seeing any conversions in the admin, is there anything else I need to do? I have checked the variables in preview mode. I have also noticed that on the old GA I have for today recorded 113 users but in GA4 only 5 have been recorded. If I am also on the site now in the UK I am not shown as a live visitor but it seems other countries like USA and South Africa are coming across? Any help would be appreciated ??
