ZPM User Permissions and Bugs

Even if the permission of ZPM User is set to “View Assigned Projects only”, the following can be done.
?New Category can be created.
?Subtasks can be created.
?Subtasks cannot be deleted by any permission.How can I fix this?

Hi moccii,
The “View Assigned Projects” permission is for allowing users to only view projects that are assigned to them or created by them. For restricting creation of tasks, subtasks, categories or editing projects, that can be done by adding/removing the specific permissions related to them.
For tasks, you can remove the ‘Create Tasks’ option to disable creating tasks, and for deleting tasks/subtasks, you can disable/remove the ‘Delete Tasks’ permission.
For creating categories, that is also a separate permission. Could I ask if you could send me a screenshot of what the permissions for the user role are set to currently so I can assist further?Thank you for your time.

I updated the plugin as instructed here.I am now able to delete subtasks.
However, I am still able to add and delete tasks and subtasks even with the following settings in Zephyr – User

Thanks for the response and information.
In regards to the members and discussions issue, could I kindly ask you to install the updated version below. This will make it so that only users with ability to edit the project can add discussions and members as requested:

1. Where are you currently creating the tasks/subtasks from?
2. Can you confirm if the user that this is occurring on has the ZPM User role assigned from the Users page in WordPress, and not multiple roles (such as manager & user roles – as this will grant the user both of the permissions).Thanks for your time. ?from within WordPress, from the left menu, Tasks>Add Subtask.As for changing the user role, I solved the problem by changing the permissions of the WordPress user.

2. I have not been able to replicate this so just wanted to ask to confirm – is it the whole tab that is not displayed or is it the discussions themselves that are not displayed, or the messages within?
