    Hi support
first thank you for this wonderful plugin, it’s very useful.
I have a problem, I am using Visual composer pro version and I’ve notice that the CSS of the events pages ( single event and the event list) is not loading.
After many search, I concluded that it’s because the header in my website which is not the default header is not bring the links of the events pages.
My question is how can I solve this or where can I find the default header in the plugin

    Hi @project2021,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Is the header in question part of the default page template from your theme, or are you adding it via a page builder or another method? Also, which template have you configured under the Events template option, under the Events > Settings > Display tab?

If it’s not part of the default page template, then you may need to do customization to add in a header. Our customization guide has instructions on how the existing templates can be overridden. If you want specific headers on particular event views, then you can override the templates for each of the views individually.

    Kind regards,
    Masood

    Thank you for your answer.
Effectively, I am adding the header from Visual composer “Builder”. I’ve changed in the setting parameters=> display as mentionned but nothing happend.
I’ve taken a look on the link you’ve send to me but I am feeling lost, where can I find the exact solution for my problem.

This is how the page is looking ==> click me

Hi @project2021, thanks for getting back to us. I’m curious, what page template are you using under Events → Settings → Display? It should be working with the Default Events Template.

    See the screenshot here:

Let me know how it goes on your end. Please clear the cache after updating the option.

    Best,

Hi @project2021, sorry to hear about this. It seems like there’s a conflict here with VisualComposer Pro. It should work with the default templates option on our end. Seems like the JS and CSS are not loading properly. Would be good if you could reach out to their Team and see if they do have a workaround for this one? Or if they have an option to disable minification/optimization on their end.

We do not have a workaround with VS Pro. Please do check with them, and keep us posted.

    Have a great day.

    Best,
    Abz
