Admin (Gmail) not receiving emails

    Hello

    I have the WP Mail SMTP plugin setup, using SMTP.com as a mail server.

    Customer and I (web designer) all receive emails just fine; but the site owner (my client) does not receive any email on the admin email. The admin email is hosted on Gmail (via a Google Workspace account).

    I have SPF and DMARC set up correctly, I believe.

    Please can you let me know what I am doing wrong?

    Thanks for reaching out! You can try sending a test email (WP Mail SMTP -> Tools) to this online tool to check your email deliverability.

    If you see any issues related to SPF, DKIM, or DMARC, please get in touch with SMTP.com support, and they should be able to assist you further.
