Broken scaled image links

  • I created a staging site on my host and when I went live the images that have been scaled are broken and have the staging URL. Is there any way to fix this besides going to each page and adding the images again?

    I’ve tried using the Better Search Replace plugin. Doesn’t find anything. I also tried the Go Live plugin.

    I’m fixing manually for now because I can’t really wait. But there are a ton of pages and I was hoping for a faster solution.

    All the broken image URLs I’ve seen on the site begin with

    https://namibutler.org.dream.website/

    Did you search for this “Old URL” string specific with the Better Search Replace plugin?

    Also, the images actually exist at these URLs. Except that the HTTPS for this subdomain is using the SSL certificate issued for namibutler.org only. Thus there’s a “certificate name mismatch” error, making browsers block the images.

    I forgot to put the “/” at the end when I did the search! All fixed now. Thank you!!
