How to remove appended tax calculation in cart for tax exempt customers?

    Hi there,

    I have been setting up a new website for a client and am using the B2B & Wholesale Suite add on for WooCommerce. This is because my client has two types of customers.

    • B2C – Individual Customers – Tax (GST) applies/inclusive
    • B2B – Wholesale Customers – Tax (GST) exempt/exclusive

      • The plugin has enabled the shop to display appropriate pricing for each customer (individual customers see tax inclusive pricing, wholesale customers see tax exclusive pricing). However, when the wholesale customers head to their cart for checkout – there is an appended tax amount in the total and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to change that so that it doesn’t appear for wholesale customers.

    • All my tax settings in WooCommerce are fine
    • I have created tax exempt rules within the plugin

      • Some help would be really appreciated, as I can see this causing a lot of confusion for my client’s wholesale customers. The shop is showing pricing 100% fine. It is literally just that appended tax total in the cart/checkout that I need to change.

    I see you are using B2B & Wholesale Suite add on on your site and this is a paid plugin.

    To get helped with this plugins please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. Please create the ticket using the account that you used to purchase the extension.

    Feel free to include a link to this forum topic on the ticket, so that they can use this topic as a reference.
