    Hello,

Our site is only running English, but our Paypal account is China account, and I am using Mac English Version, in this case, the language of Paypal interface on checkout is Chinese. Please check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/HtRgqZd-2JP9

Or, you might like to check at https://lovcour.com/checkout/?wmc-currency=USD, and please add any product into the cart before accessing the checkout page.

So, would you please let us know how to set it as English by default?

    Thanks

    Hi @alexliii,

PayPal automatically determines the language for the button labels, taglines, etc. for every individual website visitor.

Which language is displayed depends on multiple factors like the geolocation or the language in eventual PayPal cookies on the device.
English is the default it will fall back to when the detection fails but a Chinese buyer would be expected to see the Chinese labels without you having to set anything up.

Eventually, there may be a feature to override the language for example with the site locale. But for now, the language detection happens automatically on PayPal’s end.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
