Problem with Parent Child Category Filter-Vertical and Shortcode

Hi there,

I bought the pro version of Category Ajax Filter and have two problems.

1. In the Shortcode tab, it doesn’t show any Shortcode Code. It’s just an empty space.

2. You have a demo page on this link. I already set the Category Filter Design to Parent Child Category Filter-Vertical. But it doesn’t show any filter option on my blog page.
How can I fix it?

My WP version is 5.9
