Badges not showing up

On the My Badges page some (not all) of the badges are showing a weird green thumbs up on a yellow background rather than the actuall certification badge.
In Badge OS, the files all look correct.
Recently, we shifted our Learndash to “shared” materials which significantly decreased the # of exams we had in our system. Are those old badges looking for courses that no longer exist and therefore displaying a placeholder badge?
How can I easily reconnect the badges being displayed online in our client’s profile?
