MCP20 Printing Three Times Each Order

I have seen multiple threads regarding a multiple print problem but could not identify any given solution in any of these threads. We are using the MCP20 connected to Star CloudPRNT 2.0.3 running on WooCommerce 6.6.1 and WordPress 6.0.

The prints occur within 15 minutes apart; when order comes through, when customer arrives and after order is picked up. The printer is not blue tooth/wifi enabled so its hard wired into a wifi range extender that is picking up wifi.
