Hi can someone help me, When I click Analytics tabs I get a 503 error, I contacted the hosting and they say it is the WooCommerce error they replied this.

The issue seems to be caused by the WooCommerce plugin. Whenever the Analytics page is accessed, this triggers a PHP warning to be generated in the /wp-admin/error_log file:

Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Features\Onboarding::should_show_tasks is deprecated since version 6.3.0! Use Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Features\Onboarding::should_show_tasks instead.

    Please help
    Thanks

  • Hey @joffre2020

I understand you are getting a 503 error when accessing WooCommerce analytics!

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If the issues persists after the conflict test: Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi @joffre2020

I have deactivated the plugins, and now is working now

Your next step would be to reach out to the developer/helpdesk of the plugin/theme that was found to be the culprit in the conflict test.

I’m marking this thread as resolved. Please feel free to open a new thread if you have any other questions related to core WooCommerce.

    Thanks
