No gcal or ical buttons

  • Hi.
    In the “Calendar Settings” I have “Show Add to Google / Download to Outlook (iCal) icons” enabled yet there are no icons shown.
    I am not using ‘blocks’ so could this be something to do with it?
    I have tried different themes but it makes no difference. I have also tried disabling any plugins that I thought may affect it.
    I would appreciate any help in solving this situation.
