How To Get Access Just To “Email Lock”?

    Hello,
    We have been using the free version of Download Monitor for some time and it has done what we needed it to. We want to take it to the next level and instead of people being able to download whatever they want we now want to require Name and Email before they Download. We see that you have that ability with an add-on – I think you call it your “Email Lock” – but it seems the only way we can get access is to buy your “Complete Plan”. At the moment we don’t need all the other items you offer in the “Complete Plan”. Is there any way or alternative to just purchasing the “Email Lock”?

    At the moment, you can only purchase as plans/bundles, the extensions are not being sold separately. The Download Monitor Email Lock extension can be found in our Complete plan. Here is our pricing list and there you can see the extension included in each plan

    Thank You for responding. Unfortunately we don’t have a need for all the items listed in the “Complete” Plan. Would hope Download Monitor might take into consideration possibly offering your most requested extension(s) as individual items to purchase – such as “Email Lock”. The only other WordPress Plugin that I have been able to find that is close to what we need is a Plugin called “Email Before Download”. But I honestly do not want to have to add another plugin if yours already has that ability – and again as mentioned, for right now, we don’t need the “Complete” Plan we just need the “Email Lock”.

    We have been using Download Monitor for several years now and it has really helped with our needs, we just need to take it a smidgen further and now start asking for Name and Email before download. With the other plugin we found, “Email Before Download”, it requires several other plugins (including Download Monitor) for it to work. Just hoping Download Monitor might take it into consideration to have different options other than getting a Plan just to get one of the extensions that we need.
