Whats app web not working

I have integrated your Click to chat on the website(https://www.kolvalleyinstituteofnursing.com) but cannot redirect the to whats app web on the desktop from the website. It is showing a “site cannot be reached” error. On mobile phone, it is working fine. I have tried clearing the cache but not working
