Multisite and user role access

    Hi, I have installed your lite plugin on a network and I am dealing with 2 issues. The first is that the plugin can be accessed only by the administrator of the subsite. Other roles cannot access the plugin’s dashboard. The second issue is that the login/register form is not working, it keeps loading. So, my questions are.
    1. Does it work in a multisite environment?
    2. Can the admin dashboard can be managed by other user roles except admin?
    3. Does the login/register issue depends on the multisite compatibility?
    4. Does the pro version offers support that can handle those issues?

    Hello,

    1. Yes, ARMember does work with multisite and you can activate the ARMember lite per subsite.

    2. Yes, ARMember does follow WordPress standards and you can assign ARMember page capabilities to the user or role you want to allow then admin panel ARMember pages will be accessible to them too. You can add permission to the user/role using available plugins like Advanced Access Manager at www.remarpro.com.

    3. This type of issue does not happen but it may be caused due to conflict with another plugin. So, kindly check by temporarily deactivating other plugins and after that, you may find an issue.

    4. Yes, don’t worry if you have still an issue that persists then, kindly purchase the ARMember pro plugin After that, the ARMember support staff will assist you further.

    I’m using paid version of ARMember. And in regards to Q2: “Yes, ARMember does follow WordPress standards and you can assign ARMember page capabilities to the user” —> Not possible from my end.

    I used User Role Editor Pro and for testing purposes I assigned all existing capabilities to Editor role (all available capabilities similar to admin role including ‘armember’), even with this done, ARMember is still not visible in WordPress dashboard for that role, but available for Administrator.

    Could it be some other issue?

    Resolved my previous issue by doing this:

    – Temporarily assign Administrator role to the user
    – Remove Administrator role and reassign Editor role
    – Deactivate/activate ARMember plugin
    – Clear all caches
