Log in always fails on first attempt

  • Trying to discover why our website login always fails on first attempt. Members are complaining they have to log in twice before they are allowed in.
    What can be causing this?

  • Without knowing your site, it’s hard to judge. You talk about “members” – do you use any member plugin? Then you should contact their support if necessary.
