How To Install Featured Content Gallery Plugin Into Theme?

    Most of the theme is widgetised–the top story is a widget that I would need to replace with the gallery in widget format.

    Also my pages run off of categories, so I need to find a way to format the plugin so that it selects the right categories for every “category page”

    Anyone know what I’m talking about?
